A) PUBLIC HEARING- The City of Woodstock, Georgia has received a Conditional Use Permit application (Case CUP#012-13) and a Variance application (V#111-13) from Valley Partners Real Estate LLC d/b/a/ Hennessy Honda of Woodstock, GA The property is located at 8825 Highway 92 in Woodstock, Georgia consisting of ±2.0 acres. The property is identified as tax map and parcel number 15N12 061B zoned GC (General Commercial) with Parkway Overlay District Zoning in the City limits of Woodstock, GA. The request is for a Conditional Use Permit to allow “Storage Lot” limited to the storage of overflow inventory vehicles and for Variances to LDO Sec. 9.2 to waive the requirement for parking lot landscaping, LDO 7.928 to reduce the required buffer to 25’ and LDO Sec.7.762#6 to allow double depth parking spaces.

Item 5: PROJECT UPDATES
- V#107-12 McDonalds (Outparcel #3) On April 15, 2013 Council Approved of variances relating to Menu Boards, and denied of all other variances (setbacks, 60% frontage, and parking) requested by as recommended by Planning Commission. McDonalds has since submitted a site plan for outparcel #3 which complies with code.
- V#109-13 Panda (Outparcel #5) On April 22, 2013 Council Denied request for drive thru and approved conditions 2 – 5 as recommended by Planning Commission.
- Due to the Independence Day Holiday, The July Planning Commission Meeting has been moved from July 4, 2013 to July 11, 2013.
