Public Hearing Agenda has changed

The City of Woodstock would like to make the public aware that April's Public Hearing agenda has changed:

RACETRAC PUBLIC HEARING CASE TABLED TO JUNE

Case Z#098-17; The request by RaceTrac for approval to construct a gas station on the corner of Woodstock Parkway and Towne Lake Parkway has been tabled by the applicant to the May calendar. The new hearing dates will be June 1, 2017 for Planning Commission and June 19, 2017 for City Council.

LAKESTONE CASE TABLED:
Case Z#099-17; The applicant has requested to table the case from April to May. This case involves the request by Avin Properties to construct a connection from Lakestone Parkway to South Cherokee Lane through City right-of-way. The new public hearing dates are Thursday, May 4, 2017 for Planning Commission and Monday, May 22, 2017 for City Council; both meetings occur at 7:00 PM in the Chambers at City Center, 8534 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188.

CONDITION USE PERMIT APPLICATION, BILL CARTER OF MARIETTA, GA

CUP#035-17:
The scheduled Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit Application from Bill Carter of Marietta, GA (CUP#035-17) has been tabled.
The new public hearing dates are Thursday, June 1 for Planning Commission and Monday, June 19, 2017 for City Council; both meetings occur at 7:00 PM in the Chambers at City Center, 8534 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188.

LONGLEAF CASE WITHDRAWN


Case Z#096-16; condition amendment to allow changes to site plan and architecture for a mixed-use development including 54 residential units on Main Street, across from Dupree Rd. has been withdrawn. In order to move forward with this case, the applicant will need to reapply and start the public input process over again.
