Obtaining Your Criminal History
Criminal history records are available from the City of Woodstock Police Department's Records Divison. Criminal history records may be requested at any time by the individual who record is being requested or by an employer, with consent, for employment purposes. Individuals who need to file a request may visit:

        Records Division Hours:
            - Monday - Friday
            - 9:00am - 6:00pm
            - Closed on Weekends & Holidays

Individual Criminal History Records
    - You must appear in person at the police department and bring the following items:
        - Current government issued identification,
        - Fee amount of $15.00.
            - No checks will be accepted.
    - Under normal circumstances, a criminal history report will be ready for pick-up the following business day.
        - You must appear in person to retrieve the criminal history.

Obtaining Your Driver's History
Driver's history records are availiable from the Georgia Department of Driver Services. Individuals who need to file a request may visit the Georgia Department of Driver Services website.
