A)       The City of Woodstock, Georgia has received a Rezoning application from RES-GA TSL, LLC of Atlanta, GA (Case Z#066-13). The property is located on Putnam Ford Rd at Eagle Drive in Woodstock, Georgia consisting of ±16.05 acres. The property is identified as tax map and parcel numbers 15N05 203, 15N05 205A, 15N05 206A, 15N05 208 and 15N05 212A currently zoned R-4 (Townhome) at 9 units per acre in the City limits of Woodstock, GA.  The request is to rezone to R3-C to accommodate up to 3 single-family detached units per acre with variances to establish setbacks and buffers in accordance with the site plan submitted with the application.

B)       The City of Woodstock, Georgia has received a Conditional Use Permit application from Paul Xhajanka of Atlanta, GA (Case CUP#013-13). The property is located at 12050 Hwy 92 in Woodstock, Georgia consisting of ±7.3873 acres. The property is identified as tax map and parcel numbers 15N18 165, currently zoned GC (General Commercial) with The Parkway Overlay District Zoning in the City limits of Woodstock, GA.  The request is to build a Gas/Fuel Station in the parking lot in front of the Kroger on the property, which is allowed by conditional use only, in accordance with the site plan and rendering submitted with the application.
